Meet Brianna Johnson

Associate Clinical Social Worker

Brianna is a relationally based therapist who strives to create a healing environment where her clients feel seen and supported in understanding themselves on a deeper level. She loves working with clients from a holistic therapeutic approach to support the body, mind, and spirit towards growth and healing.

Brianna specializes in working with individuals navigating trauma and anxiety. She holds training and certification in Brainspotting, a treatment designed to locate unprocessed trauma and allow deeper processing within the subcortical brain. Being a Certified Anxiety Informed Professional (CAIP), she has also trained specifically to work with clients who are worriers, over-analyzers, or individuals stuck in fear and life-draining routines. She loves working with individuals who have done therapeutic work before and are hoping for something different.

Brianna offers a compassionate spirit, comfort in difficulty, and a space for those from all walks of life. Each treatment is individualized to support uncovering the best transformative tools for each client’s unique journey, often involving mindful and somatic work in helping to explore their story and how their past and current environment are shaping them.

Brianna invites clients from all backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations, identities, and faiths to her office. She works with children, teens, individuals, and couples. She is so excited to work and walk alongside you as you take this next step.
