Bethany views therapy as a collaborative process. Whether you’re an individual seeking deeper self-understanding, a couple navigating relational challenges, or parents working through unique family dynamics, she offers a supportive space to explore life’s complexities together.
Her approach is grounded in a relational lens, with the belief that we are fundamentally shaped by our relationships. These connections, past and present, play a vital role in how we experience ourselves and others. Therapy with Bethany is about gently unraveling those threads, helping you understand the patterns that influence how you move through the world.
Bethany has a particular passion for working with couples who are experiencing betrayal, loss of connection, emotional isolation, or fertility-related struggles. She also supports women individually who are navigating infertility, reproductive trauma, postpartum depression and anxiety, and the transitions of peri/menopause. Her work offers a space to process the often-silent emotional weight of these experiences with care, honesty, and compassion.
She holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, CA, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University. Her background includes community and school-based mental health work, where she supported children and families through a wide range of challenges.
Bethany is committed to providing an inclusive, affirming, and welcoming space for individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations.
