Bethany views therapy as a collaborative process. Whether you’re an individual seeking to understand yourself better, a couple navigating challenges, or parents facing unique family dynamics, she offers a space where you explore life’s complexities together.
Bethany’s approach is through a relational lens, recognizing that human beings are fundamentally shaped by their relationships with others, and our relationships are central to the therapeutic process. Think of it as unraveling the threads of your life’s connections—the intricate patterns that shape who you are and how you navigate the world.
Bethany earned a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, CA, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University. She has a community and school-based mental health background, where she worked with children and families.
Bethany is committed to providing an inclusive and affirming space for individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations.
